I think they’re just incredibly self-confident cats who don’t buy into all those cat stereotypes that your average tabby believes in. Mine often walks up to my Siamese and smacks her when she’s being uptight and high-maintenance.

Maine Coons are the best, aren’t they? I’ve never seen another breed of cat longue around in the positions they do. I think, to explain the bottom photo, all that fur makes them so hot that they lie in such odd positions in an attempt to cool off. Glad to see Pablo is OK. :)
