As per Rana, here is my heavily-photoshopped contribution to the eye meme. Because I have always believed my eyes are my best feature, I couldn’t help but participate. Alas, the black and white doesn’t show the eye color I inherited from my father, a cool blue rimmed in navy complete with an odd brown spot next to the iris on my left eye.
Now ends my exercise in vanity. Let’s see your eyes.

Some of these memes never die, do they? They’re like the Voyager spacecraft of the Interweb. I saw this up at Shakespeare’s Sister last month…
… so of course I’ll reproduce my non-Photoshopped eyes. My mystery spot on the left eye is red, though (you can see it, barely, in the lower left quadrant). I think they were probably more blue in that picture (circa 1996); now they’re trending towards grey.
