Have a great trip, but I really disagree with you about PJ H’s Dry.

Not in a really important way, because it’s sort of like arguing what kind of really expensive bittersweet chocolate is the best, but I adore her later stuff more as I listen to it more.

I’ve been listening to uh-huh her over and over for the last couple of days (along with SK’s “one beat” and “the hold steady almost killed me” and “separation sunday” – it’s in heavey rotation right now). I love Stories, and Desire, nearly forget about the one she did with John Parish – dancehall at louse point – until I pull it out again and connect, and really still love most of rid of me, to bring you my love, and dry. But if I have to pull out one PJ disc, it’ll end up being desire, then stories.
