I have to say I’m surprised… Ginsburg popped up the most for me, closely followed by Souter and Stevens. I’ll admit, I really thought I was going to have to come back and admit I had seen Rehnquist or Scalia the most (Although I got three matches with Rehnquist).

You’re supposed to find your match on this cute little ACLU game, but I got hung up on this question. When you phrase it this way it just makes me Bruce Banner Mad. I suppose I hold a grudge.

I think I heart Ginsberg because she kept popping up to agree with me…is this a good thing?

As long as you don't mind the teeth, I think (most) of her judicial writings are right-on, so from where I stand (and you, as well, evidently), you agree with her, too. Ain't nothing wrong with that.

Somehow I think I expected one judge to pop up at the end, photo-shopped to look like they were holding flowers and chocolates.

How about hanging from the roof of a shelter in a swimsuit on the beach? Hopefully, that'll help you through the sting.

Sure. But there’s honest slant, and there’s open dishonesty. The posters you passed might have been an example of either. Some of the questions in the quiz were straight-up dishonest, however.

(The one I’m mainly thinking of was the gay one, where the question was “do you think the gummint ought to be going around arresting gay people for having sex in their own bedrooms”. However, the case that the Supreme Court didn’t address whether that’s what the government should do; it was a case concerning whether the government could or could not make a law that said a certain sexual act was illegal – a CONSTITUTIONAL question, that could have just as easily been about whether the government could permit the eating of a certain kind of fish.)
