I spent the entire first half of December 1995 in two places -- in front of my computer or at my kitchen table. Outlining, sometimes on the computer, sometimes by hand. (I know, by hand -- am I crazy?? But it helped my memory.) Contracts -- peppercorns, novations, measure of damages, anticipatory repudiation. Ahhh, the memories.
