My best guess is the test designers have designated certain traits “feminine/masculine” and while there are significant differences between the genders, I do not believe character traits, such as leadership, are gender specific.

See, these two phrases just don’t work together in a sentence. No Canadian can be more masculine than someone from a real country.

I’d guess it’s that the test scores “independence” and “outspoken” (along with others) as strong masculine characteristics. And this batch of women probably is pretty darn independent and outspoken.
