The Shit Ass Mother Fucker Edition. This one’s for you T.

I have to say that this is the most appropriate random ten to date. My head is pounding from drinking consolation red wine with my heartbroken girlfriend and my lungs are filled with hand knit wool socks from smoking heartbroken cigarettes all night.

Will no one answer my question about the bonus track? Is it because my HTML skillz are sub-par, or because I have Death Cab For Cutie on my list? G’head. You can tell me. I can take it.

I don’t know how you can listen to anything by Wire after Pink Flag. I have this nightmare where I die and go to hell, and find myself locked in a room with the world’s finest sound system endlessly playing “I am the Fly” for eternity. Cold sweats, I tells ya…

I realise there are other songs not quite as bad from Chairs Missing, but the chance that the album or CD might skip and wind up on “Fly” is far too great a risk for me.

    1) Favorite Shirt – The Figgs
    2) Infested – Course of Empire
    3) Seed v2.0 – The Roots
    4) Bad Little Woman – The Wheels
    5) Plastic Bag – X Ray Spex
    6) Hi-Ball – Skavoovie and the Epitones
    7) Parchman Farm – Mose Allison
    8) Goin’ Down – The Monkees (yes those Monkees)
    9) Out of Control – The Milkshakes
    10) Adventures in Failure – MC 900 Ft Jesus

    Eclectic enough? Probably not.

When I’m able to do an FRT, my Bonus Track™ tends to be the 11th song, but if a better song comes up after the 11th song but before I’ve finished posting, I’ll use that one. So I guess it’s whatever.

And yeah, DCFC is slightly disqualifying. Sorry. Lack of HTML skills is not…I don’t have them either.
