    Awwwww. How adorable!

It’s amazing how many random mixes of dog end up seeming like the happy product of hundreds of years of husbandry, isn’t it? Our dog is, like, part beagle and part retriever, except smaller so probably something else in there somewhere, and he’s the cutest thing ever.

This is completely offtopic; feel free to delete it if you want. I can’t see the links at all – I have to roll my mouse over the text in order to find it. I’m not sure if this affects everyone, or if it’s simply due to the fact that I am colorweak, but it is a major factor in the ease of use of your blog, from my point of view. And yes, I see the irony in complaining about a primarily male issue on a feminist blog. But while 1/8-1/12 men are colorblind to some degree, so are .5% of women!

She’s not treat-whoring. She’s enterprising and productive, and the treats are merely tribute for her performance art.

    Or perhaps “treat-performance-worker.”

But I think “treat-whoring is a bit more pejorative than is necessary.

Sounds exactly like my dog, who had a few requests now that it’s Year of the Dog.

    Mine also climbs trees.
