Unfortunately for Kline, he has no other source for detailed reports of evidence that fourteen-year-old girls have had penetrative sex with middle-aged men. Sure, there are girls in chat rooms, but everyone knows they might be police officers or FBI agents; and most of those sites have been blocked from his work computer anyway …
