I used to take it all the time, before it was closed to the public. It is a bit depressing to think of how open the city was a couple decades ago and how our government has been made more distant from us in recent years. Unfortunately, what security takes away is never returned. I too am thankful you escaped from the clutches of security and were able to enjoy the holiday with your family and friends.
