Love Me

This is what she does when she wants me to pay attention to her.

As you can see, I ran out of steam on the sofa reupholstering project.

Oddly enough, one of our cats does a similar thing, though he’s more likely to have a wadded-up paper towel in his mouth (which is, as far as he’s concerned, the Best! Toy! EVER!)

But we’re pretty convinced he’s one of those freaky cat-dog hybrids that somebody found in South America.

Yeah. Sure. It was a “hoax.” Uh-huh. They were secretly smuggled across the border and adopted by unsuspecting families.

Heh. I’m more of a cat person myself, but both species have their moments when they’re just too silly for words! :-)

    Please.

Have you ever been hit in the boobs by her paws, followed by a face in your face.

Or Dixie, who Mom *glares* taught to shake, hits us. Repeatedly.

Mikey dances on his two feet when he wants up, which is only when mom comes in or I have a leash in my hands.

Gives you a third of a pancake?

My advice for your furniture will be same as that given to young Benjamin Braddock in The Graduate: Plastics.

    And you didn’t take it?

    Snob.

Takes Mikey’s Moose, Dixie’s Frisbee, and Wickett’s Spongebob and throws them around the house/yard.

That’s how you treat a dog, you meanie.

Here’s my dose of cuteness for the day – it’s a black dog, too, but that’s because I’m following the WMD plan. (I’ve lost 10 pounds in 1 day! Ask me how!)

There was just a recall of pig’s ears for samonella contamination. I hope yours wasn’t from that lot.

This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of pig’s ears being contaminated. I don’t know if it’s a common problem, but now you know about it and you can do with the information what you think best.

My little kitty walks about howling when she wants to play. It sounds like heat, but higher pitched and not as loud. She used to come over and drop a mousy toy in my lap or at my feet, but she hasn’t done that in a long, long time.

    Just pig’s ears?

Mom saw that “Old Roy dog treats” were recalled, but she didn’t know if they were the wet treats (chicken or bacon strips) or the rock hard bones we’ve used FOREVER to bribe the brats out.

Dixie just puked yellow spit. Mikey did the same yesterday – he ate his.

    Wickett is ugly.

I think they ate some of the bug killer – someHOW because they can’t have eaten bad food – they just couldn’t have.
