My favourite is still Hurricane – despite the occasionally ridiculous lyrics and scansion: “They’re gonna put his ass in stir / They’re gonna pin this triple murrrr- / -der on him / He ain’t no Gentleman Jim”. Although I’ll put this line from Isis up against any “most unusual rhyme” contender – “The wind was howling and the snow was outrageous / We chopped through the night and we chopped through the dawn / When he died I was hoping that it wasn’t contagious / But I made up my mind that I had to go on”.

Back on topic, good news from Mozambique – great to see decisions on reproductive rights being made in the context of health-care rather than ideology.
