Do you think if Junebug and Willi met there would be an explosion or something?

Disclaimer: I am a Big Dog person. My current house- and yard-mate weighs 100 lbs on the light side. I do not generally notice dogs smaller than he is.

Hey Jo, I’m a big dog person too, but not to the exclusion of smaller dogs! Though I have difficulty not wincing at bichons, Toy Poodles, chis etc :/

As far as small goes, most terriers are pretty awesome and there are some decent foo-foo dogs out there – it makes me sad that dog-people often pick sides when it comes to dogs, when really they don’t think they’re that different from one another and didn’t choose their body.

*cough* Anyway, Junebug is adorable! Any idea what’s in her apart from possibly Corgi? (lol, we had a corgi/collie X growing up, man he was funny looking)

I still need to know what a “Cat Butler” is (in the background of the first picture). Because if it is something that can pet a cat, I think my cats want one. They require someone to pet them while they eat and G. and I are getting a little tired of it.

Alas, it’s just a tray with dishes in it, which cuts down on the sweeping. That’s funny about the petting — my mom’s cat required an audience when she ate, and she *did* like to eat in the middle of the night. Unfortunately for her, Mom slept like a rock. Unfortunately for me, when I moved back home for a while after law school, the cat discovered that I’m a fairly light sleeper, I sleep on my back, and if she stood right on my bladder and kneaded, I’d *have* to get out of bed eventually.

Definitely at least part Corgi, and I second the fruit bat/flying fox resemblance. Or one of those desert foxes that are all ears. :) Either way, she is *adorable* and I want to give her belly rubs right through the monitor!

That said, my first response to seeing Junebug’s massive bat-ears was to reach out to scritch them through the computer screen. Then I saw the cute little-bitty paddy-paws with the white tips and wanted to bite them very gently. Then I just gave up and cooed.
