God Maureen Dowd is an asshole sometimes. We get it: Sen. Clinton is one aggressive bitch. But do we have to go for the obvious Dominatrix joke? And are we seriously evaluating candidates on how well they’ll stand up to a “spank” from Clinton?

Is it me, or does MoDo have some serious issues going on here? I mean, this article is waaaay over the top on that, you know, “stuff”.
That joke is almost old enough to get a driver’s license. In 1993 at the LGBT MOW, I rode the Metro with a (hot) leatherwoman who had a pin on saying “Hillary is a stone top.”
It ain’t you, Scott. Dowd has had issues with Hillary Clinton for a long time. Sometimes I think the woman wants to reinforce sexist stereotypes of being catty, snarky and gossipy.
First, I think she writes like that because her editors have told her it will sell.
Second, in the face of some of the moaning she’s done on other issues (which I think is seriously antistrategic – you think men are scared of smart, opinionated women? Then SHUT UP ABOUT IT, don’t roar in their faces) — dare I say it?
I think she’s jealous.

Only an asshole “sometimes?” Imho, that should read “always an asshole.” She’s one of the most destructive and vapid writers in the land.
… and look today (Nov. 21)… Dowd is back again attacking Hillary… I agree with Bolo… “always an asshole!”
