Reminder: Feministe Seattle party tonight!

“What is this crap?”
“I have no idea.”

Come join us for a night of beer, burgers and feminist revelry in the hometown of esteemed bloggers Holly and Jill. Anyone is invited, and none of us have ever met, so no worries if you’ve never commented or you feel like you don’t “know” us — all are welcome. The details:

What: Feministe Seattle Meet-Up
Who: Jill, Holly, and hopefully you!
When: Dec. 29th, 8:30pm
Where: Deluxe, 625 Broadway East.
Why: Because you love Feministe and want to party Seattle-style.

If someone is at the front, I’ll let them know where the Feministe party is, and you can ask them. Otherwise, look for the short girl with brown hair and a nose ring (that’s me). Chances are I will be wearing a gray dress. Hope to see you tonight!

It was great to meet both of you, Jill and Holly, and very nice to be able to put faces to the names of some of the people who comment here. The cheesecake at Deluxe was excellent and big enough that I could have asked for 15 forks and shared it around. And probably should have.

    Happy rest of the holidays.

Will this become a regular between Christmas and New Year’s thing? Please? I am in Seattle every Christmas but I couldn’t make it this time, much to my chagrin.

Hope you guys had a great time!
