I’ve made the executive decision to stop watching CNN and obsessing over the Super Tuesday results so that I can get up tomorrow and make it to my 7:30am yoga class. Physical and spiritual health should always beat out election-related stress, right?
Let me know what happens. See you all tomorrow.

Yeah! that looks a lot like me too…with a significant amount of discipline (which is currently non-existent) after several years…
I’ll start tomorrow sometime, but not before coffee, a nap, and another cup of coffee…
I second the above comment. I wish I could do that to my back without paralyzing myself.

Oh, yay. Is it still a horse race after Super Tuesday? That’s probably the best result of all. Then the other states get a voice.
Dude. 7:30 am is too damn early for anything, but especially for stretching while breathing deeply.
I totally agree with Zuzu.
what is that pose called? it’s very impressive.
impressive pose by the way, my back twinges looking at it.
Every time I stay in a hotel room, I give CNN a chance and then realize that the television news establishment is pretty much dead in the water. There are basically four modes:
1) Repeating every 15 minutes that nothing has happened in the last 15 minutes on some “developing” 6-month story.
2) Spending 30 seconds on some critically important story that deserves in-depth analysis and background. And then I spend the next two hours hoping for more information only to never see it appear again.
3) Full outrage mode with red-faced “analysts” shouting about how some trivial event was the most outrageous thing ever and if you are not outraged you are a stupid sheep…
4) Full-on celebrity ego masturbation.
Give me a dead-tree publication, bagel and coffee any day.
Holy crap, is that really you? If so, you’re totally my new hero…i’m still working on the Bakasana (Crow Pose)… it’s been taking me a while to get it haha
Haha no, that is not really me. Someday, though…
good job on the 7:30am class! wow. where do you go? (I’m a fellow NYU alum, now NYU grad student) I’ve been going to OM on Bway/12. Trying to find studios that fit my schedule/budget…
And thanks for the link, Ren!
Wow, I’m watching a documentary that was put together using the unedited video feeds of the 1992 election showing how fake CNN coverage, and the catch 22 that primary candidate Agram who was buried by primaries couldn’t get media attention without having prior media attention in spite of polling in a tie with Tsongas and Brown. And Larry King buttering up the candidates during commercial breaks.
My god! 7:30 am yoga? I worship your self-discipline.
