   This is very cute, but I’d be much happier with a Daily Kitten. Is there a daily kitten site? There should be. And no, I don’t mean LOLCATS, though those are awesome too.

   Roxie, you have now thrown down the gauntlet…I am absolutely convinced Abbie is the cutest dog in the world. I must now follow her around with a video camera until I prove to the rest of the universe her superior cuteness!

    Daily Puppy is adorkable, but I lean towards Cute Overload because the puppies on DP are so often and so obviously from puppy mills and backyard breeders. It doesn’t make them uncute or the owners bad people, but it makes me unhappy, and looking at cute puppies should be all about the happy!

    Sure makes you wonder how “superior” our species really is. The elephant even gets the proportions pretty accurate.

    Molly, I know what you mean. My mood goes from sunny to depressed when the picture of a cute puppy is followed up with a story about how the owner just couldn’t resist Fido at the pet store. I’ve commented on that a few times over there but each time the reaction was everyone telling me what an awful person I am for opening my mouth.
