Once upon a time I wrote about this woman, who fought back. Inevitably, some guy showed up to defame her and defend her oppressors. Time passed and the comments closed. But last night, she apparently found what was said about her, found another thread to put in a comment on, and spoke for herself.

John Dortmunder is a fictional character. I suppose the troll in question could have the same name as the character or could have picked it at random, but thought I’d mention the reference in case it shed some light on “Dortmunder’s” actions or motives. (At risk of revealing my terrible taste in literature.)
Zubulake! Ahh, memories of first year Civ Pro are coming back to me now… I remember the electronic discovery issue, but I don’t think we covered much if anything on the sexual harassment portion of the case.
It’s always a slightly weird feeling when characters out of a text book pop up in the real world. But glad she got the chance to put the story right, instead of having google only bring up a troll’s fictional account.
