		<description>Ugh.  Thanks for calling out Taibbi.  I used to be a fan of his . . . and still think that he&#039;s a wickedly funny and great writer, when he wants to be.  Most of the people he mocks actually do have it coming.  But why exactly does he have to mock them in ways that are totally juvenile, misogynist, homophobic, classist, etc.?  Probably because he gained success for writing for Rolling Stone and therefore never had an editor willing to smack him upside the head and tell him to stop acting like an ass.

With the exception of a few cringe-worthy remarks, I also thought that was a good article, though.</description>
