   Good catch.

   The American corporate press to too polite to ask why a shuffling 82 year old, borderline-senile elderly man should even be considered a viable opponent against an extemely well informed, energetic, and well qualified younger man. The rest of the world might wonder why the fuck this should even be considered a viable contest, but our press would find it uncouth to ask such questions. Not to mention, their bottom lines depends on the perception of a tight horse race.
