    On the issue of the voting rights of felons, I’m pleased to note that in Pennsylvania, the only requirement to vote is that you’re not incarcerated or on an alternate sentencing arrangement (house arrest, halfway house confinement, etc.) on election day. It’s not the best, but it’s better than states where someone with a felony conviction on their record has to go beg and plead to be re-enfranchised and may be told no.
