unfortunately Marc’s show isn’t on NPR (unless he is doing something special, but I doubt it as he was kicked out of the Baltimore NPR affiliate, WYPR, last year)

WEAA is an NPR station, just as WYPR is.
WEAA carries national NPR programming like Tell Me More with Michele Martin, News and Notes, and NPR News.
They also carry programming from Public Radio International like The Takeaway, and independent programming like Democracy Now.
There is not ‘one’ Baltimore NPR affiliate. There are in fact 3, as WTMD also carries national programming and NPR news.
Not sure if by ‘Marc’s show isn’t on NPR’ you meant ‘Marc’s show is not produced or distributed by NPR headquarters’ which is true and which has always been the case, or if you meant ‘He isn’t at WYPR, so he isn’t on NPR’ which isn’t exactly the case. He is, as he has been for the past almost 16 years, on an NPR affiliate station.
