I agree, it is this &quot;destruct&quot; cycle that plagues the black community. Opportunities are barriered from ex-offenders which leads to revolving back to crime for a means of support. What are your thoughts on Obama&#039;s plan as it stands? What do you think the stimulus should include in the reform of the current penal system?
