If you&#039;re having trouble with the form, folks, you can also just email your comments directly to &lt;b&gt;proposedrescission@hhs.gov&lt;/b&gt;.  I think you just want to include your name and address at the end of the email.</description>

		<description>Is anyone having trouble with the form? I put in my info and wrote my comment and hit submit, and then I just got a refreshed/empty version of the form instead of a confirmation page. I&#039;m worried my comment didn&#039;t go through, but I tried twice and it happened twice.</description>
