Dawn Johnsen is a great progressive legal mind who has been tapped to head the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice. Because she has a history of standing up for reproductive freedom (she worked at NARAL Pro-Choice America) and civil rights (she also worked at the ACLU), right-wing pundits and politicians are attacking her. She’s a great constitutional scholar and an expert in executive power. Sign the petition at People for the American Way encouraging Johnsen’s confirmation.
