I think William is referring to a case where Sotomayor's 2nd Circuit panel held that a public school did not violate a student's First Amendment rights when they suspended her for inappropriate comments she made on her LiveJournal (or some other website). I didn't look at her too closely beforehand, where is she bad on the first & fourth amendments? As for her being pro-life...she is Catholic, it isn't out of the realm of possibility. All she needs is a pro-life pedigree and she'd practically be another Scalia.
