Lasciel, I think it’s also a sarcastic reference to the Tea Party’s racism, and their idea that Real Americans — white people — don’t do things like call 911, where as Not-Real Americans — like black people — rely on basic social services. Like 911. And roads.
Duh, black people don’t call 911. They write songs about how other people should do it, and then NO ONE reports the shawty fire burning on the dance floor.
Also, I was deeply saddened by the reports of scores of tax payers who died because their families did not dial 911.
