We’re in the midst of a spate of entries related to Pap testing:
The first is an entry about the fascinating history of the Pap test.
The second is about Planned Parenthood’s HOPE program, which provides hormonal birth control to patients without requiring a pelvic exam. (Most health care providers require a pelvic exam, usually with a Pap test, before dispensing BC prescriptions.)
In the coming week, we’ll cover the updated Pap testing guidelines.
